This simple sausage is easy to make and works well with both beef and pork (or a mixture of the two).
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork or beef
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 heaping teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg using your microplane
Instructions
- Mix all spices together
- Mix into ground pork/beef
- Form into patties if desired (you can just cook into crumbles)
- Cook over medium - med high heat on the stovetop until fully cooked (165)

Easy, simple dinner that goes together in a snap yet tastes delicious! Was great with missed veggies and rice.
